Returns

If you’re not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on any unused product, no questions asked. Email info@rainchainsdirect.com and we’ll arrange it. We can’t accept returns on chains that have been installed or used. Refunds issue to the original payment method once the return arrives. Past 30 days, breakage is covered separately by our Five-Year Breakage Warranty.

Five-Year Breakage Warranty

Every rain chain we sell is warranted against breakage for five years from delivery. If your chain breaks under normal outdoor use in that period, email info@rainchainsdirect.com with a photo of the break and your order details, and we’ll ship a free replacement of the same or nearest-equivalent chain. This warranty covers structural failure — a chain that breaks. It does not cover the normal weathering of finishes: pure copper develops a patina by design, and powder-coated or aluminum finishes will show wear, marks, or exposed areas over years outdoors. Finish aging is the metal living outside, not a defect. Applies to the original purchaser.
