Our return policy:
Your satisfaction with your purchase is how we measure the quality of our service to you. If for any
reason you are not satisfied with our product after you have received it, you may return it unused
within 30 days of receipt for a refund. A 15% restocking fee will apply. We cannot accept chains
back that have already been used.
In the event you need to return an item, please contact us with an email requesting a “return
authorization” in the subject line. We will promptly get back to you with your return authorization
number and instructions for returning.
