Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our primary concern and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the item on any unused products we sell with no questions asked. Please contact us by phone or email so we can arrange for return. We cannot accept returns on used rain chains that have already been used.
